How you can trust your card

This is how we work so you can trust the card that lands in your mailbox.

How we grade condition

Pokémon cards: condition as shown in picture. We scan every card front and back, so what you see is what you get. Riftbound: Near Mint unless stated otherwise.

We never oversell a card's condition to make it look better. We'd rather have you pleasantly surprised than disappointed.

Riftbound cards

We check Riftbound cards by hand and grade them on the same condition scale as our Pokémon cards, Near Mint unless stated otherwise. For now the cards are shown with reference images of the card, not photos of the copy you get. To confirm a card is genuine, we compare it with reference cards from the same set and language.

Every card is checked by Alejandro before it goes up in the shop. We look at the things that are hard to fake properly: the texture of the card, the color tones in the print and the finish on the edges. On Pokémon cards we also check the pattern of the holograms. Cards that don't pass aren't sold, online or at events. Everything we sell is guaranteed genuine.

Images you can trust

Every Pokémon card is listed with our own scans of the exact copy you get, not reference images from the web.

How the cards are shipped

All cards ship in a sleeve plus a toploader, so the condition we promised is the condition you find when you open the package. We pack the same way whether it's a 50 SEK card or a 5,000 SEK card.

Buying, selling and trading at events

We check cards by hand the same way, for both genuineness and condition, when we buy from you at events like Glitched Card Festival and Samlarkortfestivalen.
